Devices/enemies that hurl projectiles made out of cloud-to-ground lightning?

Currently making profiles for characters from Pseudoregalia, and an interesting speed feat I found for the cast is that the main character can reflect multiple orbs of lightning that are created using cloud-to-ground lightning. My question is how would I go about calculating this? I've asked another Calc Group Member for help, and they suggested I use the speed of a Tesla coil gun as reference, but I'm not entirely sure about this and would like to hear more thoughts on this.

It needs to be shown as an actual untampered bolt of lightning being merely contained.

Best such example I can think of is bottled lightning from Witcher Netflix or Zeus fashioning a bolt from the clouds in GoW3.

I mean, I think that's what it is? The character gets struck by natural lightning from the sky, then uses that lightning to create those electricity-orb-things.

The orb thing might de-merit those attacks being "untampered" lightning, as when we refer to "untampered" we mean that after being contained it is still shot at targets in the form of a bolt, as you can see here:

I don't think you can calc this and get interesting results, the orbs move pretty slow and like KLOL said, these aren't c2g lightning bolts anymore.

I'd argue it's just video games being video games and wanting to slow-mo cool feats, but if there isn't really a good way of calcing this it won't really be an issue since I have other feats for this verse to fall back on.

Even if I overlooked the speed, it doesn't fire electricity like a tesla coil gun does. They're concentrared orbs of electricity that float towards the target unlike electricity does instead of an actual electric current moving through the air
