Determinate the Almighty Adam tier

Also, don't known how to interpret these abilities http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GdGcfKgGUQo/UaZ4D4_6Q5I/AAAAAAAAuyg/L5Nqr9MNjUA/s16000/009.png and http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-m9x98_lDDUM/UdORtM_MnDI/AAAAAAAAKus/EwW4AVVayGk/s16000/025.png, don't known what tier should be recreate an Earth or even the physic laws. Any advice or view?

Well, rewriting the laws of physics for an entire 4-D continuum is Low 2-C, IIRC. If he altered the laws of physics or rewrote space-time on a below universal scale, then High 3-A, I guess?

Rewriting history is incredibly tricky as it's not directly related to attack potency. However he doesn't erase spacetime so definitely not 2-C. Could probably be High 3-A if it's on universal scale.

So, recreating the Earth along with the life beings and the physicals laws on a planetary scale, what tier should be? Measure his powers in Mighty mode is some difficult due to the Blade's nature, he made... interesting things with those powers

Ok then, so the Possibly Low 2-C would be downgraded to Possibly High 3-A with a note in the Attack Potency that say "he is able to rewrite the story but at unknown scale" or something similar, what should I write?
