Diameter of Solar System: 2.87 *10^11 km
A solar system that makes our solar system look as small as Pluto is those numbers multiplied together: 6.83*10^14
That distance still would only be in the upper ranges of 4B (Solar system level)

Gravitational binding energy (GBE) of Pluto:
U = (3*G*M^2)/(r*5)
U = (3*6.67408*10^-11*1.309*10^22^2)/(1.188*10^6*5)
U = 4.41*10^27 Joules
Inverse square law to calculate exact strength of attack needed to overcome to overcome the GBE of Pluto with an omnidirectional blast with the point of origin of the blast beginning at the Sun and the target Pluto being located at 2377 times Pluto's real orbital distance.
E = 4*U*(Er/Tr)^2
E = 4*4.41*10^27*(5.906*10^9*2377/1188)^2
E = 2.46326*10^48 Joules
Actually, that's not even in the upper ranges of 4B, only about a thousand times the energy needed to destroy our solar system.
