Big Mom's homies are her main AP. She fights people with a homie sword, she burns people with a homie, she flies with another homie.
Her homies are equal to her.

Since she's not able to take anyone's souls from here, and I'm assuming having any souls from previous events would be considered "prep time", she'd be forced to use her own soul, which means that she'd make a bunch of homies comparable to her.

No, that's Pandora, a different homie created by Mother Caramel.
It's not out of character, since that's how she made her original homies.
It's in character now since she has the souls of people from Totto Land, but if all of that isn't allowed, she has her own soul to give.

He wasn't the only one tho, Prome couldn't stop BM and Zeus only damaged her while she was weakened.

Satsuki didn't fight with him for long and they were only sparring, not like she bypassed his predictions when in real combat.
Nui was the only one who did manage to "bypass" his Analytical Prediction and she only did so since she was stronger and much faster than Uzu, I.E something not attributed to skill. COVERs were capable of destroying his Goku Uniform so it's pretty evident that his prediction isn't perfect. And even then she didn't stomp Uzu after he got his Mind's Eye they fought on even grounds, Mind's eye being inferior to top tier Kenbunshoku Haki which has (Telepathy based Precog, Intention, emotion and danger based Prediction, future sight based precog, and Observation based Prediction.) and Kenbunshoku Haki is always active, as they can still fight and sense shit when unconscious, and grows stronger as time goes on. It's also worth noting that Kenbunshoku Haki's normal Prediction can work on opponents who are FTE to them, such as Luffy disappearing from Doffy's sight with the later utilizing his Kenbunshoku last second to apply Busoshoku Haki to his face to lighten the damage he took.

Its a bubble forcefield but Senketsu can be hardened to act as armor on herbody

Its done passively, basically her sound rediection is done by counteracting incoming sound waves with her own natural frequency, diverting them away from herself and reflecting them back at the opponent.

Its in the hundreds of thousands as well yes, her shockwaves can no-sell the entire student body of Honouiji Academy which was calced to be ~130k and who all have decent willpower from being able to wear One-Star Goku Uniforms without going insane
