I might as well give my opinion on this match.

Delta has the AP advantage better abilities, and is overall a better and more skilled fighter. Zanta has explosives which could potentially pose a threat to Delta and Immortality Type 2, but that can easily be negated by Delta's Class G LS by restraining him or just throwing and turning Zanta into paste. I'm leaning towards Delta Rune for now.
