Cat gal starts by rushing at St and whacking him with her guitar.
Stick Teddy could easily counter with a Burning Mic Spiral to incinerate the surrounding area. It's by far his most powerful attack and should do heavy damage to Whisper, as well as knocking off her headphones. Stick Teddy likely gets cocky and follows up with smacking her several times with the mic on a string, similar to BF's unused attack animation (add .gif to the end of the url to view).

Whisper is angered very easily and likely would either 1. Strum her guitar causing shockwaves 2. Screeching.

Screeching is kinda useless because it seems all of her sound-based abilities are tied to her guitar. Shockwaves really aren't anything new to Stick Teddy because he and Toe onced beefed with Delta and Fuego, so ST can just fight like it's a Cuphead boss and stay back firing dura neg sound buets.

Screeching really ain't tied to it I should've separated it eh?
Yeah I guess so.
Whisper would use her tail to distract ST and when he is she'll immediately start to scratch him.

Stick Teddy could just ignore the tail entirely. If you meant Whisper grabs him with the tail, that's a completely different story. It would be completely ineffective because of Stick Teddy's 133 million times LS advantage. Getting up close would leave her open to Burning Mic Tosses.

Nah Retsuko would do it purely just to distract ST then do the onslaught
She'd probably start making VERY loud noises with the guitar whilst being protected by a forcefield that's her durability

In that case, ST can just ignore the tail and camp while spamming sounds bullets. Would the forcefield eventually break with repeated hits?
