So in Chapter 71 (https://shonenjumpplus.com/episode/4856001361514085525 ), Debby froze Rokurou trying to cool him off:

I have a calc awaiting evaluation putting this feat at 22.6 megajoules (because a fever is 1 degree celsius higher than normal body temperature), but the difference is so small that it's easier to just use the reference calc. This would actually put her in Small Building level, albeit pretty damn near the baseline. Also, this would give her Air Manipulation and Ice Manipulation, the former from how Debby froze Rokurou and the latter from Debby having done so in the first place (I mean air does not simply freeze someone by blowing at hurricane speeds!). She literally did this trying to cool Rokurou off. So yeah, there ya have it.

Diablo, Shadow, and Mei would scale from this feat as well. Rui would scale as well, albeit under specific circumstances. So yeah, there ya have it.

wouldn't you need to explicitly separate it from physicals? unless there's like a UES in place for her to be able to use that same energy in her strikes, or whatnot.
