Inconclusive. Neither can kill each other. Time moves on with out death, death moves on time. Death can't destroy all time, and Time can't destroy all of death. Though could be who would survive longest which is up for debate. On one hand when everything that can dies does, death would likely die. Although you could argue that time would die which would mean death would have to be alive to reap him.

Actually, I beleive that they would both "die" together:

You see, time as a phylosophical is more so "changing" rather than the 4th dimension. Time can be demostrated throughout everything that changes in tghe Universe.

If an object cannot change anymore, it becomes eternal, so time loses its meaning. If everything ends, nothing can change anymore, and everyhting is eterna.

Now onto Death, which kind of embodies "end", not just of living beings, but of eerything really. If everyhting dies, and there's nothing more than void and eternity, death loses its meaning.

In conclusion, if we take it this way, once nothing anymore can change or die/end, and everything will be over, they will both lose their respective meaning as concepts.

So, yeah, one of the most inconclusive matches ever. I just awnsered my own question.
