Cap has strength on Mr. Piscina De La Muerte, but other than that they're pretty equal. Deadpool's healing factor isn't as fast as it is in the comics. And Cap's is pretty decent in the MCU. Maybe Deadpool's is slightly better, but I'm thinking this could honestly go either way. Maybe we can go with comic knowledge, because he is unpredictible in battle just like the comics. Cap is pretty steady headed. Wade is definitely a few screws loose. Not sure what that helps, but do with it what you will.

Changing my vote to Cap cuz he can just one-punch knock out Deadpool or throw his 8-A shield and decapitate him. Deadpool (FOX) can't heal from decapitation if I recall correctly.
