Am I mistaken, or doesn't this grant Stick Bug some kind of Resurrection &/or Regeneration?

It's extremely similar to resurrection but I'm not sure if it is killing because it isn't stated, it's similar to both, hence why he has healing (self-healing), but I guess it could be regeneration but I'm not too sure.

Also, it constantly happens, he becomes stronger and stronger, it should be reactive evolution and I've got a CRT for that

It depends on if he goes up to that level, as shown in the scan in the profiles on that regard.
