DCEU [Resistance to Heat Manipulation]

The metal from the Kryptonian Scout Ship can withstand temperatures of 3.5 million Kelvin.

Superman can destroy the ship easily with his Heat Vision.

Doomsday uses his own Heat Vision to overpower Superman's, who is fine after receiving the attack head-on.

Cyborg can also withstand Heat Vision for a prolonged time.

TL;DR: Superman, Cyborg and maybe the other Kryptonians (Zod, Faora-Ul, Nam-Ek and Doomsday) should have Resistance to Heat Manipulation, being able to withstand over 3.5 million Kelvin.

EDIT: This upgrade would only apply to the SnyderVerse keys of these characters.
