DBZ upgrades or DBS downgrades

Ok either the Buu saga characters need to be upgraded of the DBS characters need to be downgraded. I'm saying this because this wiki states that you need to be trillions of times stronger to go from 4-B to 4-A. You Say Buu saga characters are not that much stronger then Cell saga but if that was the case then Beerus and the other 3-A characters should be downgraded because their is no way in hell beerus and the others are trillions of times stronger then Vegito. He said he used 10% on vegeta(I believe correct me if I'm wrong) but if that was the case he wouldn't be close to 3-A but Goku and Beerus's universe level was exceptd. Unless Beeus can become millions of times stronger everytime he adds one percent of power. I'm pretty sure that Buu Saga characters won't be upgraded because when someone says 4-A DBZ everyone jumps on the hell no train. So the only other alternative is to downgrade DBS characters to 4-A at best and that hole universe destroying thing and statements are outliers. I don't won't to see them downgraded but I just don't believe Beerus is trillions of times stronger then Vegito. Especially since his feats show things that Buuhan can do like owning goku and the other z fighters, casually blowing up planets but only one universe destroying feat plus a few statements by people who can't even blow up galaxies. Whis even says when beerus wake up in mood he is unrilented and he only destroyed to suns which is nothing compared universe.

Buu's feat is non-canon on top of being super inconsistent.

The impressive feats that DBS has pretty consistently point to Multi-Galaxy level to Universe level, and it's a whole new set of new powerups that bring characters to this level.
