Frieza decides he’s too busy to deal with King Vegeta so he sends Guldo to take him out before he destroys planet Vegeta.

Pretty sure King Vegeta should scale much higher above Nappa than Guldo does, and even if he doesn't, then King Vegeta should be able to create an artificial moon and destroy him with his Oozaru form

He also should be more skilled combat wise, and the knowledge should would greatly help King Vegeta to win here

Due to the poor fighting arena, King Vegeta has a fair chance of winning, but it's probably fair to say the fight starts and time stops immediately. Not to say that Guldo is going to one shot King Vegeta, but he more than likely takes it after two time freezes if he even needs a second one. He'll just stop time shoot a couple energy blasts in the few seconds he has King Vegeta stopped in time and kills him. Or he could use his paralysis and just bully King Vegeta that way and it seems to expend less of his energy as he can fly and use his telekinetics easily when using it. There isn't much I see King Vegeta doing since we don't exactly see what type of fighter he is in an actual match. I vote for Guldo via just shooting King Vegeta with energy while he's stationary in either time stop or paralysis.
