Data Maschenny vs Prime All Might

she would have a hard time summoning the storms with Shinsoo because all might can casually punch them away and bring in his own storms lol. Both of them are already massively hypersonic/+ so lightning attacks would be avoidable on both ends. All might does outrange since she cant use Redan in this vs battle, and the AOE is much larger than hers. She has a lot of lightning hax. I wonder if she can survive the detroit smash spam he can do? The detroit smash that was calced as his high 7-A was him suppressed as well. Can she survive the large amount of damage he can dish out that quickly? All might is as smart as all for one, who is an excellent tactician himself and All might is also smarter than Deku, who was able to deduce how Mirio's quirk worked after seeing it in combat one time. All might's stamina and intellect could possibly give him an edge. I don't know if she can avoid the AOE from his punches that are 10k+ in range. This is her being in her high 7A form which is limited to thousands of meters vs his 10k+
 
If All Might generates storms using his punches, Maschenny can generate other storms by joining with All Might's storms to make them stronger than their normal storms. Even though she can not use Redan, she can still use her Shinsoo to increase her speed, durability, and attack, All Might really does have better reach than Maschenny, but he's still a fighter who focuses more on melee during to fights and in addition she has many more years of experience in fights, mainly fights of life or death, thus being able to counteract to the experience of All Might, the Extrasensory Perception will make All Might have difficulties with her since she can feel people to kilometers away, actually Maschenny High 7-A only has range of Dozens of meters, she can take several Detroit Smash from All Might using her Forcefields to protect her, and even if it hits her, she can still handle several Detroit Smash since it scales to be above 2.5 Gigatons and can use the Shinsoo to enhance its durability and it also by her having the blood of one of the strongest beings of ToG (Which is a being Likely 6-A), the durability and resistance Maschenny's stance are unbelievably large, making her able to handle several Detroit Smash without much trouble, even though she can not use the Redan she can still reinforce her attacks using her Fightning Technique and Spear Technique that involve normal reinforcement of Shinsoo and reinforcement of Shinsoo, such as Arch Lightning that she can used it to land a heavy uppercut.

Kapp also said that All Might can punch the clouds away along with generating his own storms. So, no. Not an advantage. The moment he sees the clouds are getting used against him, a Smash towards the general direction would dispell all of it.

... Okay. I can't really argue with that, it's literally the ability.

All Might single-handedly took down most of AFO's followers. Which apparently consisted of almost an army all over Japan. So I wouldn't say she has more experience in fights as experience fighting enemies with unknown abilities (Quirks) is sort of All Might's gig.

... What? You yourself said that he focuses on Melee. Why would extrasensory perception help her when All Might is just infront of her ready to pummel her face in?

Gonna need a citation on how strong she actually is. Just because she has forcefields doesn't mean it can survive all attacks in the same tier. Although yes, she probably can, All Might spams Detroit Smashes like no one's fool (All Might vs Noumu anyone?) so surviving a few isn't gonna cut it.

A few problems. Simply having the blood of someone stronger doesn't grant you their durability or really help at all. If I had the blood of Chuck Norris, I won't be able to break walls with my face and walk away with no reprucussions. Also gonna need citation of the stance thing, as the profile makes no note of that at all. Not saying All Might 1-shots, but she isn't going to straight tank Detroit Smashes to the face without trouble. Actually, the profile separates the Shinsoo boost and Redan boost as different things. Can you cite a time where Shinsoo boosted Durability besides force fields or shields? Like, actually boosted durability.

When did anyone contest that she couldn't use her normal Style techniques along with Shinsoo? She just doesn't have the boost from Redan.

Meanwhile, I'll be giving this to All Might. As this is in his Weakened State, he isn't likely to haggle as he's on a tight time limit and he knows this. He's going to be going out even harder once he finds out that Koon is actually comparable to him. Bloodlust actually makes it more likely for him to just spam Detroit Smashes until she falls over dead and any lightning clouds she tries to muster would just be simply dismissed via the shockwaves All Might's fists generate. Worst-Case-Scenario, a United States of Smash which is unquantifiably stronger than his normal strikes would almost definitely put Koon down (Via the fact that AFO easily tanks All Might's attacks yet still got wrecked by USoS)
 
I'm fairly certain that Maschenny has the AP advantage, being slightly downscaled from her 6-C feat puts her rather close to the border of High 7-A and 6-C, so she should be more durable by All Might by default.

Secondly, shinsoo enhancing give her a speed and strength advantage, allowing her to more easily weave in and out of All Might's attacks. Furthermore, her experience is far superior, having lived for hundreds of years compared to All Might, who hasn't even been around for a century comparatively.

All Might can blow away storms, sure, but she can call them in just as easily. She's literally controlling the shinsoo in the air to create the storms, and throwing an attack to blow away the storm would take the focus off of her, which would prove rather dangerous for All Might, given that she'll be faster than him due to her shinsoo enhancements.

His United States of Smash is just as you said, unquantifiable, so I'm uncertain as to why that's being used as a point here. We can't assume it's something like twice as strong as his usual attacks, and can only assume that it's vaguely above the others, which is a far cry from potentially one shotting someone who should hold the AP advantage regardless.

None of this takes into account the fact that Maschenny has extended melee range with her spear, meaning that in close quarters, All Might is going to have to work just that much harder for his damage, and against a more experienced opponent that can enhance her speed and strength, as well as someone who's going to be spamming lightning attacks, hitting him from various sides and angles. And can even mix things up if All Might manages to catch her spear, leaving it to blow up in his face and creating a new one composed of shinsoo should she so desire. She should outclass All Might in most areas here.
