The Copy copy ability (yes, that's actually what it's called) scans and analyzes enemies to steal their abilities.

I somehow doubt that's actually data manip and not actually an another application of Kirby's copy ability (despite the fact that it's a copy ability itself).

He had that at a time when he was unable to copy abilities, the description supports it and we see him doing data shenanigans at enemies.

@Cal "steal their abilities" would be Power Absorption, iirc this was just Power Mimicry.
