A similar matchup to another one of my threads. Here we have Dark Lord Darth Malgus facing against Ophis and Sirzechs Lucifer from Highschool DxD. All characters are in their primes and their character stats are not altered. False Emperor Malgus battles Ophis/Sirzechs in Kaas City on Dromund Kaas in a fight to the death, KO, or incapacitation.

Here are the rounds:

Round 1: Ophis goes solo against Malgus

Round 2: Sirzechs helps Ophis fight Malgus. Sirzechs can enter true form whenever he wants.
