Which is probably just an outlier since even uriel at his base form is travel to the center of galaxy in an instant from sensing a disturbance at the supermassive black hole, and the angels imprisoned Satan(which is much bigger than DKL) in the supermassive black hole in the center of galaxy and he is escape..

They need to modify Seraphimon's attack list because they forgot some Moves which are: Hallowed Ascension which calls down powerful bolts of lightning, Divine Breaker in which he sends forth a formidable ball of crackling lightning from his fist, and Heaven's Kick which is a powerful kick. One move is all he needs and if he pulls it off (and Schneider has no way to counter it) he as good as gold, and that move is "Gate of Destiny!"

Actually DS Bloodstone, Eternal Atoms, and Dispel Bound is pretty much can counter that ability.

Seraphimon is now At least 3-B, likely 3-A. Low 2-C with Testament, so use the strongest version for both of them?

I suppose, but Testament is a suicide attack (usually), so I can't really be used.

Also, I don't think Seraphimon can banish enemies to a pocket dimension, HolyAngemon (his weaker form) could do it, but Seraphimon doesn't appear to be able too.

Yeah it's suicide attack, He not gonna use it as his main attack or something like that, also when fighting against Uriel DS is accidentally break through dimension as the side effect of their battle, anyway DS blitz unless you equalize the speed, since now back to Massively FTL+, and he also can BFR his opponent with Black Sabbath.
