Mario takes this one. Power-ups make him more versatile, and I don't think DM's screen inversion is enough to give him an advantage.

Bt dont remember that dark mind is at the very end of 4-A,nearly 3-C so Dark Mind has more raw power and i think he speed blitzes,so i think DM takes this big-difficulty because Mario power-ups,and DM is VERY durable,he has like a very huge Regenerationn/resistance(you need to defeat he too many times and Kirby has to spam warp star shots to defeat he ultimately)

The range of reality warping is very variable from user to user. Idk the level of reality warping of Dark Mind, but reality warping doesn't automatically win when Mario has other abilities give the advantage, such as time manipulation.
