Hmm, I have no idea. I was originally gonna go with Daredevil, but apperently 173 has Duplication. To what extant is unknown to me, so I'm not sure how helpful it is. Daredevil is blind so 173 can move around unimpeaded, that's obvious. 173 also has Telekenisis. Again, what? Daredevil is human shaped and has a nice neck, so 173's favored killing metheod is useable. Daredevil has some precog and is super agile, so that will help. Yeah I got no idea. I guess you could mark me up as inconclusive for now.

Daredevil is blind, he cant see and has his eyes covered, 173 will have free reign and mobility in this fight

Also im fairly certain 173 is stronger and more durable than Daredevil, crumpling a reinforced steel bulkhead like its paper seems more impressive than destroying concrete

Its duplication is combat applicable but it really just makes a mini 173 that can at best move under normal people's radar and snappeople's legs

173 can also just sorta passively generate acid in the surrounding area throughout the battlefield, which I dont believe Daredevil will be able to recognize as its an acidic combination of blood and fecal matter, which will also mess with his enhanced smell.
