Well this popped up in my mind, I know folks are talking about SW profiles but this idea should work regardless I think.
  • Speed is of course equalised
  • The game being played is Texas hold em poker, both have 1'000 dollars
  • Han has a day to learn how to play the game and knows Darby is a cheater
  • D'arby has a day to prepare for the game
  • Win via making the other go bust
Call Call Call: 1

Where's the fire: 0

I mean this isn't a combat match, this is a battle of wits and I'm sure Han's got some gambling related feats somewhere to his name. Heck didn't he get his ship via cheating in a card game?

I know im late but.... what are Han's gambling feats?
Han has canonically defeated Lando in a game of Sabacc on a planet and did so via cheating in the game in order to obtain the falcon iirc. He's got a day to learn how poker works and knows Darby is a cheater also so I won't put it past Han to try slight of hand tricks etc in turn

He gets his soul ripped out of his body
Eitherway D'Arby is the best gambler in the world and never lost a game before, and even used dirty tricks that none of the Crusaders spotted (he only lost cause Jotaro bluffed so hard he fainted)

That sounds fun to index tbh.
You got fine taste

How good is Lando? Looking at Daniel's profile, he might be too much for Harrison Ford here

Lando iirc was a professional gambler, having done so for years amongst his other business ventures (Considering how crappy a place to live the SW universe can be at times merely having a good head for betting is vital at times). Han had to resort to cheating because of how shrewd Lando was.

This would have been an incon, if it weren't for the fact that D'arby is comparable to Joseph if his profile is accurate. Joseph outclasses Lando and Han in terms of intellect. Joseph has shown an impeccable ability to read people and has outwitted even the pillarmen, so outsmarting someone like him is pretty crazy.

As much as I love a SW win, Daniel gets his first win unless Han and Lando have better feats.
