Honestly seems like kind of a close match, since they have very similar AP. I'd have to give it to Dante though, due to him being able to resist some of pinhead's hax, such as Time Stop. Also it seems Pinhead's AP might be lower than Dante's, so in a straight up fight, Dante could probably regen from Pinhead's attacks. Also the fact that Dante has precogniton, is going to be a big advantage with equalized speed.

But, he's 1 Exaton while Dante is >>>>>>>>>> 172 Petatons
So Pinhead have a goooooood ap advantage, but most of his hax, Dante resists, which includes Time Stop, Reality Warping, Illusion Creation and Soul Manipulation
If this is DMC4 or Composite Dante he have Yamato to bypass Pinhead's durability, and can Time Hax him to avoid most of his arsenal, the thing I need to ask is: how good is Pinhead's Mind and Soul Hax ? Depending on their power this can be a stomp for Pinhead if Dante can't resist them plus this large AP advantage
