Last time I checked medeka characters cap at universal.

Pretty sure Demon Homura is close to nigh omni, though.

Homu is tier 2 character. Not even close to nigh omni or someshit.
She should be multiverasl though. Changing the concept is kind of reformatting of the world. Madoka did it in all universes. And she became the embodiment of changed concepts in all universes. But that warping was one-time ability due to her wish. Homura did the same (changing Madoka's concept), but it seems she does not have the same restrictions.
Homu is tier 2 character. Not even close to nigh omni or someshit.

SMT!Dante is like what, 1-C, and wasn't he just in base form too? While Madoka and Homura are like somewhere in the tier 2 place, so thats kind of a no brainer for anybody, really.

SMT!Dante doesn't exactly have the same manipulation over space and time that Homura does, just powerscaling to a nigh omni.

You do have a point there, Goomba. Dante's powers are the same from his main games, just amped up to a nigh-omni, Though i'm still going with Dante here on the chances that he can defeat Homura(especially if she was at full power with her...devil god powers?).
