Isn't this a stomp? DS seems to have no counter to 9D hax or to High-Godly regeneration backed up by all Dante's resistances, and meanwhile Dante can negate High-Godly regeneration and has 9D hax. It's either a stomp or a win for Dante.

The 4th dimension isn't always time, even if it generally should be. Regardless, consider the fact that all demons have 9D concepts, souls and powers and yet the time manipulation works on them, unless they're strong enough to resist it. Consider that the demon world is an infinite 9D structure with irregular and even contradictory time flow and yet those same time manipulation powers work inside the demon world.

Anyway, it doesn't matter if the time manipulation works (which it would) or not. What matters is that Dante nullifies DS's regeneration while DS can't do a thing to Dante's, resists or dimensionally ignores all of DS's hax, and has soul and concept destroying hax that destroys 9D souls and concepts, and concepts that predate the universe itself, fundamental concepts. So DS would flail helplessly against Dante's resistances and regeneration, and in return Dante would soul and concept hax DS into oblivion and nullify his regeneration for good measure. And for the final icing on the cake Dante is far more skilled as well.
