Alright, so due to the recent downgrades, the characters are no longer scaling directly from the Top Tier characters due to the multipler (it's basically in reverse).
Here is the original thread that removed the season keys. However since the one of the main reason of that thread involved the previous scaling, and with the addition of Danny's Accelerated Development feats plus the other characters getting stronger, the keys should be re-added. Plus it looks weird that Danny has a single key for his ghost form with the Ghostly Wail tier despite him unlocking it in season 2.
Here's a look at the new set up for Danny...
Tier 8-A | At least 8-A, up to 7-C with Ghostly Wail | At least 8-A, up to 7-C with Ghostly Wail | At least 7-C
Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level+ (Caused this much damage by smashing into the ground, grew powerful enough to effect the Fright Knight with his attacks despite previously being unable to even make the later flinch) | At least Multi-City Block level+ (At least as strong as before, caused this much damage with his Ghost Ray, and could briefly hold his own against a serious Vlad Plasmius but was ultimately defeated), up to Town level+ with Ghostly Wail (While immensely enraged and using the Ghostly Wail, heavily damaged Dan who's over x100 times stronger than him) | At least Multi-City Block level+ (At least as strong as before), up to Town level+ with Ghostly Wail | At least Town level+ (The Ecto-Skeleton multiplied season 2 Danny's power by a hundredfold)
