Danny Phantom - Minor tier fix for the Low 6-B Characters

Credit to @BlastX for pointing this out to me.

Currently the God Tier Danny Phantom characters are At least Low 6-B, for scaling to Vortex (Danny Phantom) creating a planetary storm. However as shown on the Storm Calculations page. A storm that covers the surface area of the Earth reaches 3.2735908e+22 J (7.8240697896749527018 Teratons) when using 8000m, and due to Vortex's planetary storn being above the "worst storms ever created" and them being cumulonimbus clouds which are 8000m at the lowest going off our Cloud Calculations page, they should be at Baseline 6-B/Country level since that tier starts at 7 Teratons.

This is just a minor Tier fix, no other tiers change. The planetary storm stuff was already accepted in this thread so there should be no issue.

As the person that pointed this out, I agree.

Minor thing, but Dan's Ghostly Wail is now 6-A or Continent Level because 6-A starts at 760 Teratons and Dan's Ghostly Wail is 780 Teratons.

I guess we should word his Tier At least 6-B, possibly 4-A, up to 6-A, possibly 4-A with Ghostly Wail?

Not really, just keep it as it is since it's already noted it can go up to 100x his normal power.

Or if you want to add it, that's fine.

True. I just wanted to make the thread as a safety messure. I'll wait till tomorrow before applying tge change just to be safe.
