Danganronpa V3: Electrohammers do more than electricity

Simple, add this line in the manipulation of the electricity of the characters of V3= (, which can forcefully turn off any electronic device it hits)
This is because as they are now, the electrohammers seem to be only electric hammers in the profiles of those who have them

In addition to this,
All who were alive took the electrohammers
So Shuichi, K1-B0 and Tsumugi's profiles should get electric manipulation with electrohammers

Hmm... Weird question, but does any here think that Electrohammers should also have Technology Manipulation since disabling any electronic machine on contact seems like it includes a lot of technology as a result. Could be wrong, tho.

what's in the feats only looks like they destroy the contact, not manipulate the contact to deactivate. Cmiiw
