Dangan Tenshi Fan Club is not connected to One-Punch Man in any way.

There's no solid evidence that the two are actually part of the same series or universe and the evidence provided in the page disclaimer does nothing to prove that. It says, verbatim: "Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club appears to be connected to the One Punch Man verse, due to sharing the same author, same illustrator, similar themes, character designs and Himiko being heavily featured in Promo Artwork for the latter series. However, how connected is unknown as of now. "

None of this is enough to say they're connected, but I'll go through each of the points anyway -

- Same Author - This is true. ONE wrote this one-shot as well as One-Punch Man.

- Same Illustrator - Also true. Yusuke Murata is the illustrator for both this and One-Punch Man

'- 'Similar Themes - This is technically true but also irrelevant. The fact that a single author has a particular style of writing and addresses similar issues across separate stories does not implicitly make them connected. Mob Psycho 100 & One-Punch Man, both by ONE, also have very similar themes, but there's quite a lot of evidence that they AREN'T connected.

- Character Designs - This is, again, not relevant. Murata has a distinct artstyle that looks the same across most of his works (you can see it in Eyeshield 21 too, which wasn't written by ONE.) The fact that an artist draws things the same way across different series' is, again, not evidence that they're connected.

- Himiko being heavily featured in Promo Artwork for the latter series - This is misleading. The cover of Dangan Tenshi Fan-Club is featured on a separate page at the end of every digital chapter release of the One-Punch Man manga. It advertises a similar, less-known work that is a collaboration between the same creators of One-Punch Man that someone who enjoys OPM is likely to enjoy. Himiko's cover art showing up at the end is the only significant means by which she or anything in DTFC is "referenced" in OPM at all, if it can even be considered a reference and not merely an ad. They never show up in the manga, nor are theyreferenced, and a good number of differences in the worldbuilding we're given suggest that they are not, in fact, in the same universe. There are more (cameo) appearances of Mob Psycho characters in OPM volume & chapter bonus art than there are for this one-shot.

Now, it is true that this one-shot is not very well known and only has a couple characters and may have been clumped in with OPM because it's "not notable enough" to have its own page/category, but the STATED justification for their placement in the OPM category right now makes no sense.
