Dan Phantom vs Silver

Silver has to been sent by Clockwork to fix another future, Amity Park's future, where Dan Phantom is murdering millions of innocent people. Silver decides not to go after Danny in the past because he's still innocent at the time and instead grabs the chaos emeralds and fights him in the future

Dan should take this rather easily.

I don't see Non-Physical Interaction on Dark Pit's page so he won't be able to hit Dan unless Dan decides to stay physical. Pit doesn't seem to have a way to bypass Dan's Regenerationn besides Black Holes maybe, but Dan can just teleport away from those. Both can reflect attacks but Pit doesn't have Resistance to Possession and Dan can get the numbers game thanks to Duplication.

Dan likes shooting off his Ghostly Wail which will cause hell of damage to Pit. Dan resists Powernull as well and Petrification isn't a problem do to his ghost physiology. Pit is likely a better fighter than Dan but with his Ghost Physiology and other abilities, he should be more than capable of holding his own in close combat but I doubt it would come to that. So I'm going with Dan for now until someone knowledgeable on Pit can bring up some good points or if this is considered a stomp (Which is likely).
 
If you want, it's up to you. In my opinion this match seems stompy.
 
Silver is a better match for Dan than Dark Pit.

Both have Time Travel and Acausality Type 1 so they can't stop each other that way. Their BFR is useless against each other, Silver has resistance to Possession, Mind and Soul Manipulation, and Dan has resistance to Mind Manipulation so those abilities are out the window. Silver has an little edge in speed with Speed Shoes and his Invulnerablitiy will make beating him up physically impossible. He also has Violet Void which can bypass Dan's Regenerationn as will since it's Void Manipulation.

However, I think Dan takes this. Teleportation will allow him to avoid Violet Void if Silver decides to use it. His Regenerationn and body control will help him survive and avoid Silver's other attacks. While Silver is invulnerable, Dan's ecto attacks effect the body on a molecular level which Silver does not resist going off his page. Dan also has the numbers game thanks to Duplication and he resists Time Manip thanks to Clockwork's Medallion. His Forcefields also reflect attacks (Physical and Energy based).

In the end I see Dan landed his Biological Hax before Silver lands Violet Void thanks to numbers but It will be difficult tho given Silver can teleport as well.
 
You are forgetting Silver's main attacks like TK, would he even be able to move against Silver, since he would be able to grab him?

I didn't forget Silver's TK. I just don't think it would make a notable difference. TK doesn't prevent Teleportation. So whenever Silver grabs Dan, Dan can just teleport over and over again. Dan can also duplicate himself without the need to move so he can just spam duplicates who all have his abilities. So TK isn't an issue given Dan can use several of his abilities without the need of movement.
 
All ghosts mind resistance scale above a lowballed 5,000 (they no sell it). If Silver is above that, I'd like to know how open is he to using his Mind Manipulation. Might change my vote depending on the answer.
 
I'll change my vote to Inconclusive then.

As I already stated. Both pretty much counter everything the other can do. Silver's chances are buffed up thanks to Mind Manipulation being higher than Dan's resistance and given it's more likely he'll use that than Violet Void. Dan still has a solid chance at winning as well given his attack all got biological effect (we are also adding disease inducement for ghosts attacks as well).

@CBslayR yes, it can but not the physical blunt force of the Ghostly Wail, just it's other effects.
 
bump, I hope there's more arguments for either winning instead of an inconclusive fra train it seems like more could be said here for a specific side but I got nothing
