I'm assuming this is for fun and not to be added to their pages because Dan is 9-B to Hsu Hao's 9-A which is an AP stomp. Let's disregard their losses and not downplay both.

If we're using canon versions, Hsu Hao would win since he was cunning and stealthy enough to nuke the OIA base in MKDA. Plus lazors

Both of them knows two martial arts so yeah.

Non-canon versions would be a stomp since Hsu Hao had a low godly feat and a whole army of Netherrealm demons at his command compared to Dan's questionable Satsui No Hado feat.
