Alucard doesn't have any passives besides Fear Manip iirc , but I doubt that's going to make too much of a difference besides make Cyrus a bit scared

Well he did use it in Aria iirc can't recall how fast it takes for it to work tho

EDIT: It seems Alucard needs to raise his arm for it to work based off Aria's intro

Cyrus is a glass canon. He's Low 2-C only with Dialga and Palkia so Alucard will win if he can get his hands on Cyrus. However, I'm not sure what he can do about Dialga and Palkia since their Low 2-C forms are merely their avatars rather than their true selves

But what indicates that Cyrus would be able to control their true selves? Also, doesn't Cyrus like, not lead with legendaries? All of the Rainbow Rocket bosses send out their legends dead last.

Why is cyrus low 2-C? I know its stated that capturing creation trio members decreases their power but is there anything to suggest it'd be to that extent?

Cyrus don't control Dialga and Palkia's true selves, but rather just their avatars. So they would have to scale for Cyrus' universe creation feat

Their avatars aren't actually considered any weaker though, they don't even have their own feats. The justification for them being weaker in cyrus's profile is because capturing them weakens them, but we don't know to what extent.

I'll try and estimate how high into Low 2-C Simon is

He ought to be

Simon >> Castlevania1 Dracula >= Castlevania 3 Dracula > Trevor >> Hector >> Leon Belmont >> Death >> Time Reaper >= Baseline

Thought you meant CV Simon for a second there lol

EDIT: Simon has passive Power Null, that shouldn't stop a pokeball from working though I'd assume

So would they be baseline or simply above it? If they're a good chunk above it then Simon should be good if not we've got other Belmonts like Trevor or Leon

Assuming the creation trio still have access to the same has when captured, simon doesn't have resistance to dialga's time hax(aside from time stop) or palkia's spatial hax. I'm voting cyrus fra

It is passive yes but we need to work out what it will null exactly. At the very least D and P are pretty much immune to soul manip so Simon will have to face them head to head

Forgot about this thread. Voting cyrus via time manip and space manip which I don't think simon can null

The only time manip Simon resists is time stop, but that won't allow him to resist time based bfr, nor can he resist space based bfr from palkia and since cyrus is bloodlust that's what he'll start with.

I mean Time Stop is a subset of Time Manip in general so if you resist the former you can resist the latter from what I've been told, that's assuming it won't be nulled by Vampire Killer I guess

Source for that? I don't see how resisting time stop will prevent someone from throwing you into the past, they're two drastically different abilities, even then space manip based bfr should still work and honestly the vampire killer's power null is just way too vague for me to say it would just completely nullify dialga/palkia's abilities.

I've been told that in various threads too many to count that if you can resist time stop you can resist time manip in general >_>

Well how fast do these moves take to work? Also remind me to D and P have Soul Manip Resist?
