Mindhax or phasehax GG. Cyborg's mind is still organic and I'm surprised he doesn't have NPI on his profile.

if the fight goes on too long, MM mindHax

In PC The Thinker can mind-control Cyborg yet he was still able to eject a tentacle of sorts into Wally to transfer the information on how to beat the Thinker. So I think MM might have trouble with mindhax due to his well... cyborg status, also straight from his page: "can turn any organic part of his body into machinery".
Cyborg's regen is High, phase-kill is useless.
Cyborg probably also knows about MM's weakness to fire and MM doesn't even resist ice on his page, I'm assuming that MM can at least survive in space without any issue but I'm also assuming Cyborg can freeze people who can survive in space since that's pretty basic in DC so he could potentially freeze MM.
