During the 10th season finale, Bill — who was of a type of cyberman described as primitive (Mk. 1) by the master — effortlessly stopped the momentum of a ship without even moving. By the size of it, the ship should be around class 5.

Bill, the afformentioned primitive Cyberman, was able to effortlessly fragment after getting angry. This was via an energy attack, however, the Mark 7 was able to withstand this, The Master's Laser Screwdriver (which is able to oneshot Bill's version of Cybermen), and The Doctor's Screwdriver for several seconds before dying.
The Mark 7 was also able to move at FTE speeds during his confrontation with The Doctor, as well as carry people at those speeds. (I can't get a link, but here).
