He does get faster each season but I don't think it's by a lot and it's not like he lost half his speed in one season so I don't really see 3 different speed keys necessary but it's not that big of a deal.

Speed isn't his only stat though. He's been scaling up and up on most of his stats every new season. Oliver has like 5 seasons and should have keys, because he has a lot of upgrades and feats.

I notice you don't have a Striking Strength for Season 3 tho. Probably City-Block as well?

Season 3 will probably be "At least MHS+, likely higher", since he matched Savitar who saw Season 2 Barry in slow-motion.

Anyway shouldn't Green Arrow have Small Building level durability and Supersonic reactions?

He did also fight the Dominators as well, and a suppressed Supergirl, so his durability might be higher than wall level at least. I think his reaction speed is simply planning ahead though. He is a master strategist.
