Though if I were to unequal speed, I think Cueball could stomp.

Yeah yeah Infinite vs. Nigh-Omnipresent but, as dictated time only moves when Cueball decides to make it move.

So simply little stick figure over here could just simply, not do anything and he wins via incapitation.

Equal speed, yeah...
