Crow tanks lightning

This video shows Crow fighting a Raijin that's attacking him with lightning. First off, this won't scale to speed cause the lightning is constantly coming down, not striking at him. Second, the lightning never touches the ground, so this might be questionable. Third, it's not from very high.

Anyways, Crow gets hit by the lightning around when the fight starts. This would scale to Crow & Ariella's durability. I don't know if this warrants anything above 9-A, but I figured it could be a possible upgrade.

Ok just take a look at Crow profile and

AP: Room level

Strike power: Small building level

Wat?
