I'm not familiar with how this guy's hax works. But the highest AP he seems to have is the Ray Gun. Witch is Room Level. That won't do squat to the Chief, who has tanked building level Fuel Rods with his shields. Physically he's also inferior to the Chief.

Even when amped he has Wall level+ durability. Versus MC's 9-A striking Strength. This combined with the MC's superior combat experience, arsenal, and such.......

Chief stomps.

Richtofen has a lot in his arsenal to put down Master Chief. A plethora of Wonder Womans or the Summoning Key should be more than enough.
