Could we perhaps change Arceus to "at least 2-C?"

The world "Multiverse" has been mutilated in fictional Verses, almost as badly as the words "Dimensions".

We accept Multiverse as a 10^500 4-dimensional space-time continuums construct. The Pokemon Verse has 5 such 4-dimensional space-time continuums only (6 at best).

"Mentioning" is unfortunately not sufficient proof to upgrade, when the actual evidence says otherwise.

Kav, if you'd like, I've written a pretty extensive comment on Arceus' page dealing with what I now realize is a common misconception. It's not nearly enough to qualify him for 2-B yet, but it certainly puts him comfortably within the lower rungs of multi-universe at the very least.
