Yes
Character A travels back in time to kill character B, before B becomes transdual (Type 1)
Depend, but most of the time it is yes, unless B transcend the dual system of cause and effect (cause and effect by default is not dual system unless the verse specific about it)

Character A travels back in time to kill character B, before B becomes transdual (Type 2)

Character A travels back in time to kill character B, before B becomes transdual (Type 3)
Hmmm. Most likely no, since they transcend all dual system which could includes cause and effect, most of these character always have acausality type 5

Character A travels back in time to kill character B, before B becomes Nonexistence (Type 1

Character A travels back in time to kill character B, before B becomes Nonexistence (type 2)

what happens when the time traveling character has feats of affecting Acasuality type 5?

the one who did the feat directly evolved over millions of years to counter Acasuality type 5, so not is anti-feat, is more the powerful that is the character
Depends on how they dealt with the Acausality Type 5, if they only relied on Time Travel its still an anti-feat, but if they used the Time-Travel and some kind of technique or special method of attack then it could be passed off.
