So, he should be at least low 7-C physically because he fought against all of the titans and won.

The sole reasoning for why he lost was because BB knowledge on television was greater than Control Freak, which then stripped his powers off (Weird, right?)

He should also be given Summoning (He did summon those villains to help him on episode 257-494)

and some sort of Accelerated Development (He didn't even know how to fight previously to his training, suddenly he is there kicking everyone's ass)
