Consumption Feats

I'm aware this sounds extremely stupid lmao. When it comes to consumption feats, mainly for characters who are much smaller than what they are consuming, how would this work to their stats? Like yes, eating a planet would give a character the ability to destroy it, but consuming, especially through supernatural means, isn't the same as punching and launching energy blasts. Let me try to give a couple examples as to why I'm confused:

1. Character A is a regular human who (probably by some energy or magic?) consumes a planet. What would this scale them too in AP, SS, and Dura?
2. Character B is also a regular human, but they have the ability to absorb things, however, there is no other context to this ability. They go on to absorb a planet. Would this give them planetary AP, SS, and Dura, or am I missing something?

If they consume energy over time, we usually rate AP based on Watts or Joules/s it would translate to.
