If in a verse every existing being has souls, including abstract beings of type 1 concepts, does that mean that souls are also a type 1 concept?

And if this is correct, would manipulating souls in this verse be considered conceptual manipulation as well?

It sounds logical to assume that that is the case at a glance. But it might also not necessarily be the case depending on how the verse treats it. So some counterpoints need to be addressed just in case.

For example: Is the quality of the soul the same for every entity in the verse or not? Or do souls undergo some sort of qualitative change when it comes to higher beings? Including normal entities and abstract entities.

If souls are really treated as abstract concepts in-universe then manipulating them would warrant conceptual manipulation, probably.

Then they have similar souls? We're not assuming that human souls are Type 1 concepts somehow just because an abstract can be soul-haxxed, without anything else in the material pointing at such a conclusion.

Nah, depend of the verse, there are verses that literally treats Souls in the same level as Concepts, such as Anima and TenSura, it is case by case, depend of how the verse treats it
