They can manipulate their concepts, like hadelaide that can manipulate the concept of changes (making fixed things fluid or making the immutable changeable) because she is this concept.
Why a type 2 concept for Jihan : Jihan embody 3 concepts : Rules, consequences and games
The concept of consequences is logically everywhere at least in the universe, since otherwise without consequences everything would be frozen like with the concept of changes.
Plus, Jihan's concept should be the same nature as hadelaide, since he become one by absorbing Hadelaide's Power, and he has demonstrated using his divinity (concepts) to transform the earth.
Abstract Existence type 2 :
Gods cannot disapear, they cannot be annihilated and are Eternals, being a god means to become Immortal.
Hadelaide show us that Gods with Concept like her, can be affected Physically, But cannot really be killed, since they just regenerate.
And like said before, the only way to beat her is to make her concept Disapear. And all of this should apply to Jihan for the reasons said above.
