If you are 1-A or Outerversal, are you still bound by concepts? And if you can control and destroy a concept such as justice, order, will that grand Outerversal rating? If you transcend the concept of time or space is that enough to be rated Outerversal? Thank you.

With our current system, technically yes.

No. That will give you conceptual manipulation but depend on the context.

Not anymore. At least, a very heavy context is needed to support that statement.

So to not be bounded by concepts do you need to be High-Outerversal and or Boundless+

Could you explain why isn't that Outerversal ?

Not sure about what you are trying to say, but one question, if there is a place that has no dimensionality (no space no temporality) , and someone can some effect that place or realm, could that quantify to be Outerversa? since infinity dimensions can fit in that realm.

No dimension =/= Infinity dimensions. That's just weird.

Unless you're saying the place is beyond the concept of space-time which qualify for 1A, then yes destroying that will make you 1A. Otherwise no. Then again, it depends on the context as in the explanation about that place. Can't really give definite answer with so little info.

Dimension doesn't always translate into spatial/temporal dimension. Most verse use the word dimension for other universe or something similar.

What I'm saying is that, if there's no dimensionality can't you put infinite dimensions in that dimensionless realm? if yes could that be Outerversal? (not zero-dimensions but dimensionless in nature or the concept of space and time doesn't exist).

Nobody is naturally immune to concept, even tier 0s.

For the realm you describe, just "lacking" dimensions isn't the same as transcending. Also dimensions or suchlike have to be some form of greater infinities.

You may be bound by certain concepts, above some, it varies.

Depends on the scale of them, even being called platonic isn't enough anymore because of type 2s so it requires a lot of context.

Used to, now you need way more stuff, normally conceptual and mathematical stuff to achieve 1-A, is easier if you have a infinite dimensional structure there but you can be 1-A without a structure that big, like in masadaverse.
