Why ? , A concept can keep thier existence without an object to be alongside this would be meaning of a particular point of " transcendance" on CM page doesn't it ?

If the concept does qualify for being a concept, then predating the thing that they are the concept of while still retaining their existence, then yes they should be type 2 as they exist independently of their object or phenomena's existence, since they sure as hell wouldn't be type 3 or 4 from that
