Concept Manipulation but without The Concept of Manipulation

No, the "concept" of manipulation itself is infinite, you're kinda referencing about a boundless here.

  • A entity can by default only influence those concepts he has shown to influence. Only High 1-A or above can be assumed to completely manipulate all concepts.

So, I'll edit it so the character is somehow 1-A or above.

Well, that still would only be a metaphorical expression, not that it matters much for humans.

A boundless is boundlessly above all Everythingness, meaningness and anything including High 1-A's. It's not a level at all, or something you can ever hope to reach, or be metaphorically described in any supposed way.

Because a boundless is boundlessly above the concept of a "level", the boundless can freely "manipulate"(simply metaphoric term)the very concept of manipulation and levels, and why i said somewhere-before that any visual or artistic view of a boundless "is" a avatar of it. There is no such thing as boundless'ness.

Azathoth, and other tier/ 0's are some. But high 1-A's could easly also do this, since they are the top of the top.

Technically we shouldn't be able to answer this question, then, but here goes: Assuming the concept of manipulation is a real, absolute concept in relative to the character's perspective (kind of an oxymoron here, but listen), then whatever the character erase, erased the concept that's considered such on it mind. Ex: If CoM is a crab, then that crab would stop existing, if CoM is the authority to manipulate instead, then it could be, according to it, that no one is able to manipulate anything anymore, nothing have any control at all, and the world explode :) (point that "explode" is just a nice way to said that the world is ****** to an unbelievable degree)
