Sorry if this is a stomp. Don't really know much about Guts, just thought this would be a cool matchup idea.

An elite zealot was sent by the local executor of an undisclosed planet to scout out a newly formed zerg hive cluster. When the zealot arrived at their destination, they found a primitive looking Terran swordsman who had cleaned out the zerglings and drones in the cluster already. The Zealot would have applauded the display of martial skill had the swordsman not charged at them, to which the zealot charged into battle in response.

Composite Protoss Zealot from Starcraft vs Black Swordsman Guts.

Speed Equalized. The fight takes place in a cleaned out Zerg hive cluster. Guts thinks that the Zealot is a demon, and the Zealot is fighting in self defense (sort of). Guts does not have the Dragonslayer.

Guts: 0

Zealot: 1

I forgot to mention something actually. The Zealot is about to get a massive upgrade, along with the mid-low tiers of StarCraft 2. OBD calced a Baneling explosion as 59.75 tons, which would directly scale to the Zealot, who tanked one point-blank.

As for this battle right now I am leaning towards the Zealot. Since the Zealot will ignore the durability difference and speed is equalized and will likely catch Guts off guard with Reconstruction.

Well, when the change happens I guess I can change it to Berserker Armor Guts, but the Zealot would have the power advantage according to Guts' AP justification. Might have to change it to a normal zealot or centurion, too.

Anyway, vote added.

Since this was bumped so recently I will go ahead and reply. You probably want to wait 8 hours in between a bump. I know it sucks to see a post get washed away into the forum, but flooding the front with it isn't beneficial. I think one of the mods told me 8 hours for not common characters.

The Zealot is upgraded. He is now 8-B in durability and attack potency for surviving 59.75 tons of energy delivered by the point-blank explosion of a Baneling. Given the current battle scenario, the base Zealot stomps Black Swordsman Guts.

Updated OP to Berserker Armor Guts, not sure if it'll help him much though.

EDIT: Updated again due to the zealot's downgrade.
