Composite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Is such thing allowed? As I´ve noticed it doesn´t exist yet.

Simply put, we have about 4 versions for each turtle, why not a composite already for each of them?

Not necessarily some versions of Shub-Niggurath are vastly weaker than others. It depends on the feats of power Shub has.
