Composite Link vs Samus Aran (speed equalized)

Samus should win this with her precognition, variety of weapons to use at her disposal that is in her suit, and durability negation via her ice beam. Link does have self duplication and temporary invincibility, but the invincibility doesn't last long, and samus's scan visor can help her find and exploit any weakness within link's arsenal.

Link has no weaknesses. And Link can do the same just by looking at her.

The scan visor can and will find any weakness, and link's is only with navi, and samus can easily kill it.

Link doesn't need Navi to Z-Target.

Navi also tries to give info on his opponent, samus will most likely kill navi before he can give link any info, leaving link to improvise in this fight, hoping to find a way, but samus knows already what makes him and his weapons tick. She can use her plasma beam to burn the bow and boomerang into dust, she can morph ball her way out of link's bombs. She can even freeze link solid and shoot him with one missile to shatter him easily.

Assuming she is able to do the things you say. Navi is basically intangible, and improvising is literally what Link does for a living.

No other being can touch her, and no monster can attack her.

Uh, I'm 99% sure that only happens due to game mechanics, especially when you can capture other fairies.
