Jotaro's time-stop gets hard countered by Dio's own and most importantly by King Crimson.

If GE > GER it's an auto-win both rounds, 0 diff. Without, it's probably a semi-tough win for villains, as even SPTW can't deal with KC/Epitaph or D4C Lovetrain. Not to mention, if Bites the Dust can be activated, the villains then have asspull levels rivaling GER.
