Composite Human's reactions are presently scaling to his combat speed as far as I can tell. That's a combat speed of about twenty meters per second, scaling from a feat from the Guinness Book.
However, there's this video taken out of a docummentary, on another Guinnes record holder, that shows a human reacting to a small pellet on faster than eye speeds. While the pellet is definitely distant, shouldn't a feat of cutting a pellet at 90m/s by foreseeing the move's trajectory and being positioned the right way at the right time count as precognition or perhaps faster than eye reaction speeds? That's basically due to how the swordsman could react to an attack their eyes couldn't, regardless of the distance, follow.
